The project aims to examine how data collected by a university can be used more effectively to support evidence-based decision-making.
Higher-education institutions collect large amounts of data through student-information systems, recruitment systems, e-learning platforms, financial systems, research-administration processes, surveys, and other administrative tools. However, this information is often dispersed across different systems, recorded in inconsistent formats, difficult to access, or not presented in a form that supports timely decisions.
